- DSDiMoon SongAug 17, 20261.0Disappointed with how a dosage concern was handled. I've taken this medication routinely for years through this Kroger pharmacy. Recently I noticed symptoms suggesting the dose was weaker than usual, so I called to report it. The pharmacist dismissed the concern. He didn't check my prescription, check the batch number, or offer to report it to the distributor or manufacturer — he just said he didn't know anything wrong and told me to call my doctor or the manufacturer myself. At one point he asked me to hold, then hung up on me. If there really is a dosing issue with this medicine, it could be putting other patients at risk too — and he showed no concern about that at all. No complaint was logged, no investigation offered — just brushed aside. The ethics of this pharmacy are very questionable, and this is a patient safety issue that deserves far better handling than this. Very disappointed. Will change pharmacy.

Sometimes it takes a while to get my meds, but another place I used to go, routinely told me 2 hours to wait. Never had to do that here.

Now I’m here again and my 10 min wait turned into possibly 45. I do not live in town so it is ridiculous for me to have to find something to do for 45mins or more or drive 15miles home and back to town 😡
