  Everyone has been amazing from Home Instead. Each and every staff member has been courteous, gracious, and kind. Our family has had the BEST care and we have been totally at ease when our Home Instead staff has been with our Mom. Toi is precious with a sweet spirit and we have appreciated her loving care. You all have a servant’s heart and our experience has been warm and genuine. Thank you!!!

  We hired Home Instead to help us for a wedding. Jeanine and Chris were absolutely fabulous to work with in the planning and paperwork. The aid was Gloria and she was phenomenal. They are kind and helpful while being very professional. The price was affordable and the assistance gave everyone in the family so much relief. Our family looks forward to using them more in the future. The patient didn't think she wanted or needed help but realized she did and was so thankful to have someone who was there just for her. This service is so beneficial and I recommend them to anyone who needs help for their loved one.

  Wonderful company to work for! Company appreciates their employees. Flexibility in schedules, makes it great for single parents, or if you are student in college. They definitely work around your personal schedule. You really can work the hours to fit your needs and be a present at home for your family. They provide paid training sessions as well.Professionalism at its best!

  My husband is 85 years old. He has motor and cognitive deficits. We have been fortunate to have Gloria. She is a caring, competent, mature and flexible caregiver. The company sends a nurse to develop the plan of care and she periodically checks back for plan revision. I don’t have fixed hours and they have worked with the challenge of flexed hours.

  I highly recommend Home Instead Ocean Springs. They helped me manage my father’s health care during his last 2 years at his home. I could not have kept him at home without their consistent and capable help. We were not easy, We constantly changed his schedule , as his needs and wants were not consistent and they did their best to accommodate me. They worked with him to find compatible caregivers and there are several that we became very fond of. As he became more fragile they were proactive in sending nurses and following up with his care. Truly caring people. The office staff was responsive, pleasant, professional, available. The billing was correct. The caregivers were honest and nothing ever ‘went missing ‘. It gave me peace of mind to know they were with him, driving him to appointments, preparing meals, keeping him company. Thank you again to everyone at Home Instead Ocean Springs. 💕🙏💕
