  My daughter had an app this afternoon to get a checkup from a previous visit. We got there early, got checked in, weren't in waiting room to long before she was called back. Went through all the questions...weight, temp, blood pressure. Got us into room, asked few more questions, let us know the dr was running behind...I mean we had gotten there early so we figured ok. Her app was at 2:15 pm, at 4:15 we were still waiting to see the dr. I had already asked about the wait time twice. By 4:25 we decided to leave because I had somewhere else to be. In the 24 yrs that I have used IMPC this is the very first time that I have every had to wait that long and it also the very first time to give a bad review. Maybe it was an off day, maybe an emergency came up to throw his times off but they should have handled it better

  If you ever heard the term slow as christmas, that's this place. They just leave you sitting in a little room and don't even check on you. Got here at 230 for a simple follow-up it's 430 now and nobody's even been back in the room. Pretty ridiculous

  Great communication follow up by email to manage health with in office professionalism from all staff. The staff take the time to listen to provide the best care.
