I gave the arch support a chance to work like a new shoe that has to be broken in. Since wearing the arch support and inserts, the bottom of my feet feel blistery and on fire. I called and complained as well as emailed their corporate office. A representative reached out to me asking me to come back in to be refitted. I had to take off from work and go over to Madison, MS again. I was refitted and swapped out the arch support for different ones on August 5, 2026. Since receiving the new arch support and wearing them, the bottom of my feet still feel blistery and on fire. At this point I am gonna ship the arch supports back to them and ask for a full refund. I can't afford to continue to take off work on to be disappointed and still in pain. The arch support has done more harm than good for my feet. I can't hardly walk because of the pain. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
