  Frustrating experience that wasted too much of my valuable time. Go to pick up a Rx and was told that GoodRx was not honored for that med. Instead I would need a manufacturer coupon which I wasted time getting, and was then told that it did not work. I insisted that GoodRx works because I've used it successfully 4 straight times at different pharmacies. Another pharm tech put in a generic GoodRx coupon and it worked just fine. So after wasting 45 minutes arguing (should have walked out), I left with the med at the price I initially told them. Sometimes employees need to understand that all customers approaching the counter are not stupid. May or may not go back.

  I’m done with this pharmacy and moving everything to Brick City. They’ve been giving me the run around on a refill for 3 weeks. To begin with, they didn’t fill the prescription as written initially and split it by giving me 2/3 and adding a third refill. So I run low and try to get it refilled. They tell me I can’t for 2 weeks. I come back in exactly two weeks and they tell me 6 more days. I go home and do the math and it should have been refilled right then but they still refuse. I go back the day they told me to return and they tell me I need a new prescription. lol So I have to argue with them about filling the other third that they seemed to ignore. On top of that I’m obviously hearing impaired with hearing aids and they wouldn’t even come to the counter where I could hear then. Just ride. The other problem is you can’t request a refill and tell them you’ll pick it up the next day. They won’t fill it and you still end up waiting. So you have to lie and tell them you’re waiting. They’re the worst and I’m done with them.

  I don't usually post many negative reviews but these guys are totally rude. They are completely incompentent as well. They are dealing with medicine and you would think they would do it professionally. Also the floor look as it has rodent droppings on it.
