  The actual assistance provided while my mom was utilizing this service was outstanding however, upon her death, attempt attempting to return the equipment and ceasing the service has been quite difficult. Website and enrollment information states they will provide a return label. They did not. Stopping the service after her death would not occur until they received the return equipment. So although the original assistance was outstanding, the relationship has ended on a sour note.
