  Came to visit a friend and got to take class. The instructor was great. She was so good at correcting and made me and my friend feel welcome. Can’t wait to come again and make this the spot I come whenever I come see people in Jackson :)

  I moved from Jackson two months ago and have been trying to cancel my membership ever since. I’ve left 7 voicemails with no response. One person answered once, said they saw my name flagged, and promised a manager would call me back—no one ever did. I keep receiving notices of attempted charges/late fees for a membership I’ve only used once and can’t physically travel to cancel. Corporate billing stated only the local studio can help, but no one will respond. Extremely frustrating experience.

  Pure Barre Jackson is home to a welcoming and inviting community and instructors. I have enjoyed getting all the benefits of a stronger body and mind with instructors who are both fun and exceptional in their ability to train and encourage each person. Thank you Pure Barre Jackson, you are amazing!
