  I really, really liked it here until I went for a repair. I signed in, sat dwn, it was a female employee and a male employee in a room, which is visible, the female employee was working on another repair while the male worker sat,watched,and was talking, but lied and stated he was working, how when Im looking at you. A older white male walked in signed in, the male employee immediately jumped up to provide service to the older male. I said I was next and that you been sitting looking and talking, I was next for assistance and this is wrong. Because I spoke up Mr Evans decided to not provide services for me any more but this occurred more than once. I wasnt rude if I was I aployzie but I wasnt, I spoke up for myself and said exactly what I saw. That is fine what you will not do to me is put me behind someone who just walked in the door and thought it was ok and that I wasnt going to say anything. All patients should be treatly fairly no matter race or age, and the waiting time is aweful. I will not refer anyone to this place, basically you did me a favor Mr Evans because my spouse and I wasnt coming back. Of course you going to defend your staff why wouldnt you, and the facility is too small to service all the patients you have. Then lied about my spouse canceling his appointment, when it was clearly stated to him that it would be resheduled.

  5 stars goes out to Odom's Eye Care Optical .l, been trusting this business for many of years. The Doctors & Friendly staff Great Customer Service if you ever have problems with your glasses after purchasing they always willing to help work it

  Went to them as they were recommended by my insurance. They are absolutely amazing! Friendly, great selection of frames! Will be my eye doctor for years to come.

  Everyone was so professional and very comfortable when I was waiting on my exam and Dr•Evans. Everyone was nice and kind and explained everything to me when I had questions about my eyes. Staff was really nice to me. So I have no complaints. DR. Evans is a sweetheart and I will be going back. I recommend anyone that needs an eye Dr.
