We spent over $1,000 on glasses. They messed up 2 pair of mine and all 3 of my wife’s. It has been a month and they have just now fixed them. We will not go back.

They SCREWED up my 2 eyeglasses 4 times, over 1 month's time! Absolutely HORRIBLE: 1st time, they scratched the right lens, in the lab. 2nd time, they entered the wrong pupilary distance, causing me vision distortion. 3rd time, they ordered the wrong lens. 4th time, the lens was NOT carved to the frame leaving GAPING holes between the lens and frame. Awful INCOMPETENCE amongst workers, and ineptitude resides at this Eyemart Express. You've been forewarned! Stay away. The money you save is NOT worth the HEADACHES it's going to cause you! I LOST 1 MONTH of time with these people, and then had to get a refund, because of their incompetence here.

I received my glasses fast. The young lady was very helpful with finding glasses that fit my face and budget.

I cannot say enough good things about Hanson at Eyemart. He provided my mom with truly exceptional customer service and went far beyond what was expected to make sure she was taken care of. From the moment he assisted her, he was incredibly patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. What stood out most was the way Hanson treated my mom—with genuine kindness, respect, and patience. He took the time to listen to her concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure she felt comfortable and confident with her decisions. He never made her feel rushed or like she was just another customer. He made her feel valued. Employees like Hanson are what make a business stand out. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on both my mom and me. He is an excellent representative of Eyemart and truly deserves recognition for the level of care and customer service he provides. Thank you, Hanson, for taking such wonderful care of my mom. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the experience you provided!
