F45 Training is a global boutique functional fitness franchise located on the Southern Miss Hattiesburg campus inside the Payne Center that features a combination of HIIT, circuit and functional training in a group training format. In-person motivational trainers are present and workouts are demonstrated on video screens to guide participants along the way. Exercises change daily to keep your body and muscles guessing and your workout most effective. It is open to the Hattiesburg community and Southern Miss students.
