- SSstephen smithAug 19, 20261.0The associated eye doctor was great,fast and professional. Eyemart Express was the exact opposite. I walked in with one person ahead of me. 50 minutes later no one had been completely taken care of except one person picking up a previous order. There were two "workers" on the floor that were with other customers. One customer had to look at every pair of glasses in the place including the pull out drawers. The employee working with her just sat there. Did not try to help anyone else or even acknowledge any of us. The second employee on the floor finished whatever she was doing and just disappeared. I don't know if 11 am is her lunch hour or what. Shortly thereafter I got up and went down the street to your competition. By this time there was 10-12 new customers standing around waiting. "80% of glasses ready in an hour" yeah right,!

It was my first time there and if I hadn't asked I'd have never known to sign in, which is part of the reason why they lost a star. I got everything picked out and found out I would have to wait for the glasses because they don't do the anti glare there, which is the other part. Overall it was a good experience but when you advertise having a lab there it should be a "full service" lab not a "almost full service" lab, I can't be the only one wanting anti glare.
