  Shannon installed my cargo lift two years ago. It is absolutely one of the highest quality products that you could have on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. She also just moved this same lift to a different location on my porch due to some new construction on the property. During the move she and her staff were easy to work with, in that they explained options clearly, respected my thoughts and requests. The job was completed promptly and from first hand observation Shannon ensured that all installation requirements passed a stringent quality control inspection. Elevated Living Specialist, LLC is a Company that I would recommend to all that are looking for a quality cargo lift system.

  Our elevator was installed 2 years ago... we love it & best investment made. Every time we’ve had a problem the response has been ASAP.

  This company is the most unreliable and unethical company that I have ever dealt with. When we first met Don and Shannon (owners) they were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the cargo lifts. They would always return calls until we hired them and the job was over. Since they got their check they will not return our call. We have had problems with the lift making a very loud noise going down and have called them continuously for two years with no return call. Since then I have spoken to their dealer of lifts and they have had several complaints about the same issue with Don avoiding customers completely. We had the wholesaler send a new motor to us and Don finally returned the call when we told him that we got a motor on our own. He came to pick up the motor 2 years ago and never installed it. He is long gone with our new motor. Not answering our call. My advice to everyone. Find someone else to install your equipment.
