  The worst pharmacy in the state if I had to guess. Incredibly rude staff and they promise to call you and they don’t. I was called a name when they didn’t think the mic was on while I waited. I hate leaving these things but it was the final straw.

  This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced. You have to put your order in days before you need it. Then on top of that the customer service is awful. People come to you when they are sick or hurting and to be greeted with hostility and acting of superiority is unbecoming of a pharmacy. The man technician is the worst. A few times my mother has been checked out by him he is unhelpful in anything that is asked of him. Today she was trying to get a prescription for her eyes and for the past few days Kroger says they don’t have it and to call the doctor and she calls the doctor and they said they have sent it. He told her maybe they sent it to another Kroger but didn’t even try to look it up. I use to work at the CVS pharmacy and know you can send request for medication or even see if another CVS has a prescription and pull it over. So unless you spent all your money on your automatic dispenser and don’t have updated programs. I know he could have done it within minutes. You need new managers and new techs that know how to act to a customer. You should be ashamed. How would you feel if that was your love one trying to get their medication. Start retraining your staff and educating them on how to act and help.

  It saddens me to write such a negative review. My experience to get prescription refills has been the worst. The staff seems to have no concern for the customer. I have filled prescriptions here for quite some time and each time I explain my daughters situation. Advising the pharmacy tech that she takes many medications and only 5 are covered by division of medicaid.. I even went on to buy the Kroger RX card to help with cost. Therefore leaving to be ran on medicaid and some on the Kroger prescription card. No compassion. It always seems to be a inconvenience for them to do their job. I live near by but I may need to change pharmacy.
