The instructor made me feel welcome and I was able to keep up with everyone else in the class ! I was definitely sore and worked out parts of my body that I’m too lazy to work out at the gym alone so I will definitely be looking into classes here for the near future!

I can tell that it really worked I feel muscle tenderness in areas I had not felt in years. I believe that it is worth the investment .
