  Joined this club in Januray and still love it! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The instructors are all great and help you with accommodations or modifications when your body may not be able to get there just yet.

  The staff were nice and knowledgeable. This was my first time doing Pilates and I don’t know what to expect and I felt like I had a real workout.

  Friendly service Very motivating & worth every cent. I was extremely nervous about my intro class but had no reason to be due the amazing staff. Now I am a member and plan to workout 4 times a month. Recommend for anyone especially mother's who are parenting or postpartum and want to get their health and body in good standing.
