- JBJames Bennetttoday2.0I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 7 years or more. The new people handling the phones will waste your time and lie like they have put your refill in. When you get to the pharmacy nobody knows wth you are talking about. I’m so sick of making blank trips and wasting my time. Management needs to run a tighter ship.

They all just looked at me and said we are closed. IT CLOSES AT 5:00. I just needed my one prescription - it wouldve taken them maybe 5 seconds to locate it and hand it to me or maybe 10 seconds. But, no- they wanted out of there 2 minutes before closing time. They let the man in front of me get his but not me. The lady said come back at 8:00 tomorrow morning. Well I am headed to Alabama so that is impossible and now I do not have my medication that I need everyday. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy!!!!! I will be transferring all my medications to another pharmacy tomorrow.
