I got the SM on the line at 4:58pm and was told when he made it up they had already left. I set out there till 5:12 to see the pharmacy associates come out with groceries. The fact that they left early and went and shopped says how much they care about the customers

Try again Friday, lunchtime...sat back and watched tv for 15min while I let ring. No one will answer. Guess they have ringer turned off to regular callers. Hope the Dr’s can get through. Update: after hanging up from trying to reach Kroger Pharm...called Walgreens-Byram ...Picked up after just a few rings. Got to a pharmacist in less than 2min. Got my questions answered.
