  I will never understand the lack of compassion with this pharmacy. My husband picks his prescription up here once a month and they are so rude to him. My husband has had not one open heart surgery but 2 and has rods and pins in both legs he is disabled and hurts all the time as it is and instead of having his medications ready for him they give him a hard time about filling it even though we call ahead every time and ask them to have it ready. I'm so tired of the lack of compassion on how they treat their customers here. It's just wrong. Hope to be changing pharmacys soon.

  Today is the last day this Pharmacy gets to talk to me like I’m an inconvenience and make me feel like I’m the problem…constantly get cut off mid sentence. Staff needs to be trained in proper phone etiquette when speaking to patients and customers. I will be moving my business somewhere else ASAP.

  The wait times are long but today in particular the lady at the register is unfriendly and rude. No eye contact, no smile, no “May I halo you?”, no “I’m sorry but it will be 30 minutes…”. She acts as if she couldn’t care less if Kroger has my business. Time for a change!!

  I would leave 0 stars if it were an option. This is the worst run pharmacy I could ever even think of. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The wait times go beyond 5 days even when promised a quick turnaround time upon dropping off prescriptions. I understand being short staffed, but the issues here extend far beyond that. I'd rather risk going without my medication than relying on this joke of a pharmacy to fill my prescription. Save yourself the money, time, and energy and go to any other pharmacy.
