No health insurance? We offer an affordable self-pay price of $80 per visit (does not include lab testing). Services include: - Vaccinations - Lab testing and urinalysis - Pre-employment physicals including DOT & HAZMAT physicals - In-office procedures such as stitches, ear wax removal, pap smears - Care for conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disorders - Acute care for rashes, ear infections, STIs, stitches, sinus infections, fever, and more
