- SDSally DollarJun 8, 20261.0Outrageous! I signed up for summer soccer. They sent a link to purchase a jersey, shorts, shin guards. I spent $80 on the jersey/shorts/gear in addition to paying the enrollment fee in full. I show up day ONE and they tell my 4 year old daughter, who is all dressed up for soccer, that they cancelled the entire program. Now I'm out money for all this crap and I have a disappointed little girl. They didn't call or email or anything Highly unprofessional.
- HHHumdingerMay 18, 20261.0Very disappointed in my experience here. We paid for our child to attend four swimming classes. The first one was rained out, and it was communicated to us via text and phone call before we drove the 30 minutes to the Y. I emailed the person in charge, and they said they only guarantee 3 of the 4 classes, and that if another class is cancelled then we would get a refund for a class. Ok fine. Not ideal and not in the fine print when we signed up. But whatever. We had two good weeks. Our child loved it. We go to the last class. When we arrived, there was a sign stating the pool was closed until Tuesday due to rain. No one called us or emailed. The lady at the front desk stated the class was on land and they were discussing water safety. I asked why they didn't do that on the first class. She said she didn't know. I said I know why, it's because they don't want to have to refund us our money back for a class. Even though I paid for four swimming classes. In a swimming pool. No fine print about guaranteeing only three classes, or that they would hold classes on land if rained out. Very disappointed. Do better by your community.
