I was provided with great advice from Lynn on my first day "trust the wait list". I have had no issues navigating the app & accessing classes as I continue to re-explore this exercise modality for my 62 y/o changing body. Instructors are welcoming & knowledgeable & I appreciate their acceptance & suggestions of modifications when I encounter a "move" that my body is questioning. After only 2 weeks, I'm starting to feel more confident. My initial instructor Jin definitely set the tone for my comfort level & Tisha & Angela have been really lovely as well. I look forward to progressing & meeting the other instructors.
