Pretty good costs on frames, and exam. Dr. was very good and gave good exam. Glad they offer digital eye option. Very efficient visit, they didn't waste my time. Very much appreciated all the people I interacted with that day.

The store manager, Lexie, has exceptional customer service skills. She is courteous, efficient and informed. While there today, I witnessed her go above and beyond with another customer whose glasses were scratched but the warranty had expired. She made the situation right and the customer was very satisfied! Overall a very positive experience shopping and even browsing at this store.

Waited for almost 10-15 min and one person was helping someone else, who acknowledged my presence by nodding. But the other person, spoke with the person who walked behind me and helped her made an appointment and just ignored me. After helping the newer customer she left and went to the back of the store!!
