  Julia was very friendly and efficient! She made my experience at the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center amazing. She welcomed my grandma with open arms and made her feel comfortable the entire time she was there. My grandma was nervous when she arrived, but Julia made her feel much better with her knowledge and her ability to be thorough during the entire visit!

  I had an issue and walked into the office without an appointment or calling ahead. I was admitted immediately (fortunately Terry was not busy with a client) and Terry took care of the issue then and there. Now everything is working properly and I got total resolution with no fuss. I am very happy with the treatment I am receiving from this office. I'm also very happy with the hearing aids themselves.

  Today I went to Miracle Ear on Hampton for a hearing aid replacement. Gwendolyn Sweezie gave me a full hearing test and replaced my hearing aid. She is very professional and gets the job done. Very friendly. A 5 star job. Trina on the switchboard makes everyone feel welcome when they come in. God bless both of them.
