When I spoke to Alexis to make my appointment she was very friendly. She even accommodated me when I asked if I could get an earlier time slot because something came up on the day of my appointment. I met with Daniel Slapak for the hearing test. Dan spent so much time with explanation before and after the hearing test. I would definitely recommend Miracle Ear in the future. Sincerely, Ron S.
