- GFgerardo figueroaMay 26, 20261.0I scheduled appointments with the Eyeglass Center on two separate occasions, and both times my appointment was canceled the same day. I found this very unprofessional and inconvenient. After the second cancellation, I decided to go elsewhere for service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. I believe customers should be treated with more respect and consideration for their time.

- MOMandi ONov 4, 20255.0Recently changed employers and with that comes some trying moments of finding the right fit for insurances. I scheduled an appointment for my kiddos, the day came (I love that they have Saturday availability too). Ironically enough that morning my eye was puffy when I got up that morning—not pink eye— the Dr immediately asked about my eye, and I mentioned that I wasn’t there for me, but she still was concerned. While I just assumed I was having a reaction to my new makeup she mentioned other things it could be while I was in with my child. I love that she cared enough to ask even though I mentioned I wasn’t there for me.
