I found this very unprofessional and inconvenient. After the second cancellation, I decided to go elsewhere for service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them. I believe customers should be treated with more respect and consideration for their time.

While I sympathize, we all have been there, it is not appropriate to take out your bad mood on customers. I certainly hope her day and/or life got better I definitely won't be chosing The Eyeglass Center.

I missed one appointment and they āreleased meā from their office and refuse to see me again. Iām almost relieved because of how uncomfortable the staff made me, mainly one older woman who was always there. Make sure you donāt miss a single appointment or theyāll blacklist you and lie that youāve missed 5 appointments by no show, when I rescheduled all other appointments and only missed one. Totally disappointing conduct. Wal mart has much nicer staff.
