- MJMary JohnsonAug 10, 20265.0I'm an elderly woman with bad arthritis. I got to the point of just wanting to sit around at home. My arthritis got worse in my back. My dr said it'd help to improve my upper body strength. I signed up to work with Brett at the Y as my personal trainer. I was very leary thinking I'd not be able to do much. Brett has worked with me now for 12 weeks on various different exercises. He is always supporting me telling me how great I'm doing. I can't believe I'm doing the exercises I'm doing now with Brett's help and guidance. He is a great personal trainer. I just signed up for more weekly training sessions. I highly recommend him.
