I tried most of the classes and appreciated every teacher. The Friday remix class was my favorite! The sculpt classes were challenging but worthwhile. I will be back!
- JHJohn HultquistMay 22, 20265.0I love YogaSix St. Louis. I’ve attended regularly for the past year and have tried all of the class formats. The hot sequence never really gets old, but I especially enjoy the Power classes. I think the biggest critique from some has been the instructor turnover over the last year but honestly wouldn’t let that hold you back. While I definitely have my favorites, I’ve found every instructor brings something different. The community is welcoming, the wellness advisors at the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and even parking is manageable on weekends (which is the toughest time to find a spot). Also, despite all the sweat, the studio is super clean. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a local studio to build a consistent practice, I’d definitely recommend giving Y6 a try.

It’s a diverse community of people/clients . Great location !!! Yoga6 culture is the best Stl Yoga space that I have experienced to date and very welcoming to all. The team and instructors are quite professional, knowledgeable with a good music play list . The customer care is amazing whether it’s by telephone or text they response very relatively prompt . They have a very affordable unlimited membership which is always an PLUS!! All around 10/10 experience as a client for many month until my schedule would not allow . Looking forward to eventually returning when able .
