- BABeth Arky3 days ago5.0I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. I also prefer the smaller CWE store over the Frontenac store. It's much more intimate and feels likes a local store vs. a big mall store. I also always feel like I get more personal service. That was certainly the case with Chris. I'll always ask to work with him going forward.

I was able to try on frame with no pressure then select two that I liked! They let me know I could get an eye exam at home and order would be good for 30 days. I’ll be scheduling an exam as soon as soon as I get home so I can get my glasses quickly.
