- MMMartha Meyers5 days ago1.0This location has been so frustrating. Usually we've had good luck at the YMCAs. This is our first Time playing volleyball at this location. The other location was great. This one is a hot mess. They have some karens at the front desk that are inconsistent with their karening. Some days you walk in there and they don't say anything to you. Other days they act like you're a terrorist and they need to scan you. If you're going to make these parents scan every time they come in there with their kids multiple times a week then give them a damn key ring card, something that they can scan and walk in. But no, you have to stop at the desk, pull out your driver's license, wait for them to scan it and take their sweet ass time. Even though it's your kids that are signed up to play sports there, you're in their multiple times a week. So uncalled for and annoying to deal with. We signed up for this location and the entire schedule. We've been at this location then on the literal last game of the season they switch the location to Jefferson county AND DON'T TELL ANYONE!!! No reminders, no email sent out. Literally over half of the team didn't show up. Shame on the coach too because she knew that and didn't say anything.
