  I am an adult woman who has gone through much of her life undiagnosed and struggling with many textbook ADHD symptoms I believed were simply my fault somehow. It wasn't until I began living independently that I decided to figure out once and for all if all of my behaviors were because of any untreated mental disorders. That's when I came across Gateway Behavioral. Throughout the entire process, from the first consultation call to the final evaluation, Dr. Ritchie and her office were extremely kind, patient, and transparent as to what you will be evaluated on, and how. I could immediately tell Dr. Ritchie is an absolute expert at what she does, all while being very friendly and attentive to your needs. She'll pick up on behaviors during your tests that you may not have noticed yourself, and how that links to what she diagnosed you with. The report she provides you with her observations will make you feel seen and understood. You'll receive a plethora of resources that will provide you with more information about yourself, as well as people you can reach out to for further care. If you were in a similar spot I was, especially as a neurodivergent woman navigating a world that doesn't always listen to or understand you, I highly recommend taking the leap and booking Dr. Ritchie. For anyone who may be hesitant to book an ADHD evaluation due to the high price point like I initially was, know that what you receive from her will be more than worth the cost.

  Jennifer Ritchie and her team at Gateway Behavioral Health Consultants are professional and knowledgable. My 17 year old needed updated academic and ADHD testing to hopefully receive accommodations at the college level. Jennifer not only performed the diagnostic testing necessary, but also looked at my daughter as a whole person. She provided a wholistic and realistic depiction of her that was beyond the results of the test battery. I would highly recommend using this team!
