Someone was always available. They seem to be a very hands on company which I didn't get with other places that I called. All my concerns I had they took the time to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Actually talked to owner at one point, thought that was nice to put a voice and name to the place I was looking into for care. I happy with our services and would recommend calling them and letting the staff help you with your family or friends needs.
