- CLColton LoranceAug 27, 20261.0Climate control needs improved. Air circulation and humidity huge opportunity for bacterial growth. Everything has a layer of dirt. Constantly searching for limited weight plates that somehow never find their way back to racks. Floor often has random connections for cables lying around that I have to trip over before placing myself and looking over to the staff desk to see them on their phones not up keeping. Bathroom isn’t clean a majority of the time. If you need a basic dirty gym that’s in the area, this will provide a great opportunity for less than the quality you can get from a Planetfitness for a worse bargain. It needs attention from management
- JBJason BaconAug 11, 20263.0I like the hampton location and the staff is always good and it's a very clean location. My problem is with the corporate office. My membership apparently was eliminated for that level and it was supposed to be switched to a different level, So I could not use a lot of the facilities at hampton or the other locations.Even though my original contract was supposed to let me go to all of them. I tried to deal with corporate, and they raised my monthly dues, even though I did not sign a new contract and I was given no notification. The new corporate structure I don't see lasting a long time cause it's does not work and they treat members that have been there 6 years horribly. I had to cancel my membership again.Due to their corporate office, not living up to their agreements, not necessarily to anything that the local club does this.

- NSNicholas SchabergMar 31, 20262.0This place does not have a sauna, which is a huge disappointment. BUT, they have a “Hydro Lounge” which is a quiet room where you sit in a recliner, basically. This just seems kinda pointless. A sauna would be much more beneficial for clients
