  Gym was super clean and well kept! Gabby the GM was phenomenal, she was well versed in the options within the gym, and her staff was also readily available to help along with any questions or concerns! A staple within gyms in the area!

  Flew in from out of state on a redeye, and I was looking for a place to get a workout session in and take a shower to rid myself of that airport funk. I found myself at this location at around noon on a Saturday. Richard (I hope that’s you!) helped me with the day pass and took the time to explain the amenities of the gym. Equipment and locker rooms were clean and well maintained. However, I think this is also because of the gymgoers that day. Not just the gym staff. I saw people wiping up their equipment after using them, dumbbells being put away. Trash not being left behind for someone else to take care of. Just being respectful of the space and others. I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this needed to be said. Cali has a lot to learn from you all.

  I have been a member of Club Fitness On and off since 2008. The Creve Coeur location has come a long way. The bathrooms are much more cleaner, state if art exercise equipment, quiet studio space. Massage chairs. Supportive and informative staff. I highly recommend it

  The billing system is absurd. I can't believe paying the elite tier doesn't get you into a lesser gym. Now I can't go to the nearest location. I love it when a gym gets in the way of my personal fitness goals. You would think it would be the other way around. Either way, do not pay for a membership here. Also, the locker rooms are filthy. Edit: I have already talked to them, that's what lead me to this review. I opted for the Elite tier, which I thought was the highest. But apparently that only gets you into *some* of the club fitness locations. In order to go to the one closest to me, I had to pay $20 on top of the $45 I was already paying. This billing system is predatory and misleading. I also really don't appreciate being dismissed to customer care.

  My favorite part about this fitness center is the balance between serious training and comfortable atmosphere. You’ll see experienced lifters helping beginners instead of judging them. I mostly use the cardio section before work, and the sunrise view through the windows actually makes early mornings feel manageable.
