  I hosted an event for Fat Positive Saint Louise at Carondelet Yoga Center and it was a fantastic venue. The space was beautiful and clean, directions from Ashley were clear, and I just had a wonderful experience being able to use this space for my event. I would love to do more here in the future hopefully! What a lovely spot in our community!

  The yoga trapeze class is great! It's challenging but fun - I'd recommend to anyone looking to try something a bit different and get a good workout.

  Took my 4 daughters to a yoga trapeze class. We had a great time and LOVED getting to know more about it and Mandi made it so much fun! We would definitely do it again! Love the Carondelet Yoga center!

  I completed my YTT-200 here this year, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. This is a studio open to anyone, as they intentionally prioritize inclusion and uphold true yoga tenants, observing all eight limbs of yoga rather than just the physical practice. While attending yoga classes, a yoga retreat, and my own yoga teacher training intensives over the past eight months, I have learned so much and could not be more grateful for the journey and community I have found through this incredible place.

  Over the years, I've dabbled in yoga classes at different establishments, but it was always difficult for me to commit to a regular routine. After attending a few classes at Carondelet Yoga Center, I was so impressed with Ashley that I booked her for ongoing private lessons. Her care and attention, coupled with her ability to clearly communicate movements have produced near immediate results that I can both see and feel! This unassuming yoga center is a hidden gem, located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for remaining present, which can often be difficult for me at studios located in noisy, more highly trafficked locations. They offers different classes for a variety of experience levels, so I'm confident that I can continue to expand upon my beginner's practice with the instructors there for a long time to come. I never write reviews, but the individual attention you will receive here is unlike anything I've experienced at larger studios that left me feeling overlooked or like I wasn't properly learning the positions. Give Carondelet Yoga Center a try. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you!!
