  I have never had so much fun working out! In one year at BIOFIT I have reached all my goals with the expert guidance of trainers John and Andrew. A family member even said this week I am looking BETTER than I did pre-pregnancy! This busy Mama could not be happier with my results thanks to Biofit. Give them a try. You will be hooked!

  Biofit has been an absolute game changer for me and my push to get back into fitness on my late 30s. I always struggled to get back into working out due to general muscle weakness, soreness, and worrying about injury. The ARX machines they have are amazing and basically address all these concerns that were big obstacles for me. Biofit is awesome and worth every penny!

  First BioFit session and I’m blown away. Eight and a half minutes felt like an hour and a half in the gym. I woke up with my shoulder and my bum both filing reports on me 😂 I’m 58 almost 59 with a goal to be chiseled at 60. After one session I actually believe it. I’ve lifted and sprinted for years and this still hit different. My whole body feels awake. You cannot cheat these machines and it still feels like a cheat because of how fast it works. John is the real deal. I’m in.

The addition of advanced features like inbody scan near me perks and infrared sauna near me sessions after workouts was the perfect combination to leave me feeling energized and refreshed after each visit.
