  Who is the best endodontist in St. Louis? Dr. Brian Judd of Archway Endodontics. I was in severe pain from a toothache. My dentist supposed the tooth was cracked and recommended a tooth extraction. Dr. Judd got me in quickly for an emergency appointment, did a thorough evaluation, and determined the tooth was not cracked, but rather infected and needed a root canal. Following treatment, my tooth now feels 1000% better! I am grateful to the wonderful team at Archway Endodontics for their care and exceptional competence. Thank you, million times!!!

  My root canal went swimmingly well and quickly. Very polite and friendly staff, and the doctor explained the process simply and concisely as it progressed. They even followed up the next day to see how I was feeling. Top job all around! I will definitely be back if and when I need them again.

  I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Judd, Matthew, and the front desk staff at Archway Endodontics. I ended up seeing them five times over several months to complete two root canals, and the process each time was quick, painless, and anxiety-free. The level of care evident in their work is truly exceptional! From explaining what was happening through each procedure to the structure of having itemized bills and payment collected up front, I felt confident and lucky to be receiving some of the best dental care out there. I would strongly recommend Dr. Judd and his team to anyone. Thank you!!!

  So strange to say that I had a very pleasant visit while getting a root canal but I did. The staff was excellent at making sure I was comfortable and explained every detail along the way. The Ted Drew’s treat at the end was a plus!! Highly recommend Archway Endodontics.
