Unfortunately, my experience with the membership side of this business has been extremely frustrating. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for over three months, and it still has not been processed. Despite my repeated requests to cancel, I’m still being charged fees that I consider unauthorized. I’ve also been told that if I don’t continue paying these balances, the fees will continue to accumulate and may eventually be sent to collections. The environment feels very intimidating and unprofessional when it comes to billing concerns. They do not appear to have a corporate office, and staff refuse to escalate issues to a regional manager or anyone with authority to help resolve the matter. I cannot stress this enough: do not sign up for a membership unless you are absolutely certain you’ll never need to cancel it.
