  I’ve been coming here for months and never had a problem with the staff. But, I had an issue with a new guy. I asked him about the body scan machine. I told him I was hoping to use it and he told me that I could only do it if I had an appt with a trainer. Those are expensive and I wasn’t planning on paying for it. Thankfully, I knew that I didn’t have to. I knew that you could exchange points for a scan. I ended up showing him and he, while visibly upset, agreed to help me set up the scanner.

  When I signed up for this gym they offered me several memberships the cheapest was worth 10 dollars these people convinced me to have the gold plan telling me that with this I could enter with an accompanying friend to the gym EVERY DAY I took this gold for that and began to pay about 37 dollars per month I paid the registration that was about 50 more and I also paid for personalized classes with Henry for several days.. then I started going EVERY DAY with my brother or a friend but I was always accompanied by someone and everything was normal two days ago they forbid me Enter a companion because it is not allowed when I have been going with a companion for 7 months and they have NEVER told me anything so I said that they better change my membership to those of 10 dollars because it makes no sense to pay 37 dollars and not be able to take a companion when at the beginning that was what they promised me. When I change my gold membership to the 10 dollars they tell me that I have to pay 50 dollars more for the registration?? What??? I'm already registered I just want to change membership this is absurd so I told them to better cancel my membership because and I was going to another gym because this didn't make sense I think it's terrible how they deceive people by promising things that after 7 or 8 months they no longer fulfill them. I won't go back or recommend this gym

  I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my tour of the gym with Deacon. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I am certainly joining as he made me very comfortable. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend this facility. It is clean and appealing. Looking forward to my exercise journey to begin.

  All of the equipment is worse now
