I've been through 5 providers since I started going to Total Point, the first one, Dr. Davis, was phenomenal. This last one, Jan, is awful. I had a telehealth visit roughly a month ago with her, and she didn't get all of my medication refills sent in. Yesterday, I called in at 430 due to a sinus infection that I had a telehealth visit for 1-2 months ago that never fully went away and now its back with a vengeance. When I called at 430 yesterday letting them know I could be there by 450 (knowing they close at 5) I was told they already had 3 people waiting so I should try "tomorrow " (being today). I work on-call and travel 4 states for work. I'm currently working 12 days straight. I called today to schedule a telehealth, bc I need antibiotics for the sinus infection and had it scheduled but Jan refused to see me for a telehealth because she'snever personally seen me in person. I travel four states, I barely have time during the day for a telehealth visit, but to be refused service when my face is THROBBING and I've been an ESTABLISHED patient for YEARS, is garbage. Mandy at the front desk has always been very sweet. Jan, on the other hand, is NOT a good asset to the company and I sure as hell won't be referring anymore clients to you all - and I work in an industry in which I deal with sick/injured people daily. I would not recommend this place.
