We felt the difference straight away. I've been struggling with posture, foot/ankle pain since 2013. Ive had multiple surgeries to include back-to-back ankle fusions. Wearing these supports almost made me happy cry. I haven't been able to stand in place for more than five minutes without looking for something to sit or lean on. If you have been having similar issues go to the store and see if you feel a difference. It took all but 1.5 hrs.
