I called pearle vision first in Branson where I live and I felt like I was nothing but an annoying inconvenience to the woman on the phone and she was cut and dry. Not only did lenscrafters help me get an idea of what it would cost me they got creative with my insurance to see how to best help me. I'm going to save at least $150 by going to them. And I didn't feel like I was a problem for wanting to become a new customer.

The exam office is great, love them and their transparency, I get why they’re so busy so make an appointment because you won’t have to wait. They’re on it.. Now, the Sales team is honestly amazing! I got Lori this time, I can’t remember the first Lady from three years ago, but she was great too.. Lori, that’s a name and face I won’t forget. She welcomed me right upon entering and just made the environment feel almost homey. She WAS ON IT! I’m a nosy person so I was listening in to all the sale associates helping others and man, what a team! So thankful to have a place that truly strives to get you what you want and are HONEST in the process!
