Before I started working there in the interview I told them that I would need a certain shift because I am a single mother I spoke to Monica and abbey who both told me I would have the shifts that I asked for. I went to orientation that day they asked me to take a day time shift which is not the shift I told them before I could not take so I declined since then abbey has messaged me asking bout day time hours I have told her several times I could not do that that I have a son that needs me during the day time. Today I got a message saying that I was fired. Very unprofessional and not the way to do things. I know a lot of people in the healthcare field and will be reporting the abbey and Monica that works in the office DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!! Your loved ones would be better off going somewhere else more professional and respectable.

I was in need of someone to sit with my elderly mother and assist her with things around her home while i went to work and run errands. Home Instead was quick to respond and had someone out within a day. The caretaker was very good with my mom. Even though my mom was unsure about a stranger staying with her, she was well cared for and eventually felt comfortable with them around. Home Instead was well worth it. I was able to get things done and get some relief when I really needed it. My mom is now in assisted living, but I would use Home Instead again if I ever needed then.
