- SYSam YoungJul 30, 20261.0Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Dr. Nelson appears to care more about letting you know she’s a doctor and an expert, all while ignoring any patient concerns. Additionally, she was condescending and yelled at me in the office where others could hear. After initially telling me I would get no copy of my RX and was fired from being a patient, when I asked her to repeat in front of other staff she refused and hastily wrote out a non legible RX. All because I refused to try a third pair of trials and asked one eye be changed back to the RX it was before. This is just the start. I’ll be contacting Laura Long who I was told is Operations Manager and the BBB as well. Can’t recommend this place at all.
