- AWArchie WoodsMay 4, 20265.0Dr. Nelson was great couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor. She explained everything and was very patient and knowledgeable.! Downstairs was a disappointment. Stephanie was a bad experience to say the least, and I decided to buy my frames and get my lenses done online because of her and if it wasn’t for the great doctor upstairs, I don’t know how they would keep their lights on and I can’t forget the staff of the doctor that was awesome as well! So five stars to the doctor in the staff upstairs nothing for Stephanie downstairs I wish I could give you a negative but zero all you get Stephanie!
