I can see again! Last year, I made a huge mistake when I decided to go to a competitor. When my glasses came in, I told them I could not see and they told me, “you’ll get used to them.“ I never did get used to them. I could not see for a whole year. Lesson learned. I came back to Lenscrafters this year and I am amazed at how good I can see now! They took such good care of me and cheerfully too. I thank God for everybody at Lenscrafters.

Excellent experience. The staff spent 15+ minutes on the phone arranging for my insurance to pay for the exam. The exam itself used very modern equipment and the doctor was friendly and answered all of my questions.

My daughter took a ball to the face the day before MAP testing! We went to the original optometrist that we purchased the glasses from and the frames were discontinued and unable to be fixed . They referred us to a third party that was over 45 minutes away. We called LensCrafters in a last ditch effort in hopes to get her some glasses quicker.
That’s when I first encountered Dalton. He was so full of life and positivity . He gave a few possible options so I grabbed her prescription and headed over .
Unfortunately, Dalton did not have her lens in and was only a quarter off . We were so close!
Dalton seemed just as disappointed as we were .
As we slowly walked away in total defeat with our heads hung low, Dalton jumps up and asked to see her broken glasses. He runs in the corner and starts popping her lenses in other frames until he found the perfect fit!
My daughter is ready to redeem herself in her testing tomorrow while styling in her new Armani Exchange frames.
Dalton has me ready to join the LensCrafters family for good.
Thank you , Dalton!

The office was clean, fairly well organized, and the staff was friendly. However, days prior to my visit, I reached out to the Mid Rivers location to ensure they’d be able to provide an unusual, but not unheard of, occupational grind. My work is primarily overhead therefore I was in need of an inverted bifocal arrangement. They assured me that it was available.
This morning, 4-17-26, l arrived at the office, unannounced, but was given an on the spot appointment for the required exam. Before we began, l went over my needs one more time, now in greater detail. Again, I was told it would not be a problem, so I continued with the exam.
After said exam, and after I chose my frame style, we went to work laying out the design. Part of the way through that procedure my tech had an issue that he took up with his supervisor and was told my desired configuration was not doable. (It is)
The only reason I went through with the exam was to secure the needed glasses. Without the glasses, the exam was pointless and a waste of time and money. The management failed to see this and was neither helpful or remorseful, therefore I believe the deception was intentional.
I’m absolutely livid and cannot recommend LensCrafters in Mid Rivers Mall in St.Peters Mo. to anyone.

New customer to Lenscrafters. Christa was my sales person. She did a great job of fitting me with my glasses and sunglasses. I was in and out quick. Highly recommend!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
