I called with a simple question regarding whether their office requires contact lens trials for patients who have previously worn contacts, and each response I received felt increasingly dismissive and condescending rather than helpful. In the end, I never got a straight answer & the interaction left such a negative impression that I ultimately decided to cancel my appointment altogether. Professionalism and basic courtesy matter, especially in healthcare-related settings, and this experience fell far below expectations.
