  Shout-out to Zac at GNC for excellent customer service. He took the time to walk me through their rewards program and made sure I was fully signed up, even using their in-store system to clearly explain how it works. He did a great job breaking down how regular purchases can turn into real savings over time, without any pressure or salesy feel. Zach was friendly, courteous, and genuinely helpful — exactly the kind of employee you want representing your store. I hope his manager or regional team sees this, because he’s doing a great job and sets the standard for customer service.

  We stopped in this store so my wife could pick up some protein bars. I personally find GNC stores seem to have a limited amount of product selections. Prices are slightly higher than other supplement stores such as vVtiam World who offer large large variety of different brands. The sales associate at GNC was friendly however sounded like a commercial trying to upsell and sign you up for a useless $39.00 yearly membership.
