Very impressed with the testing technology - way ahead of another optical franchise I used to use - and the staff was awesome! Dr. Wilson shared a lot of information with me about my eyes and what to look for going forward - she’s both knowledgeable and warm/friendly. Cameron made ordering my new sunnies super fun - again, knowledgeable and friendly. I was very pleased with the price point, too.

It was easy to get an appointment, the optical office is nice and clean, and Dr. Martin explained a lot of the things she was doing throughout the appointment without me having to ask--that's a big deal for me, who usually asks a lot of questions. I'll be back :)

It was very tedious and time consuming, especially since all the info was already in their files. Also the supply of frames seemed limited, with nothing that appealed to me. And they are now unable to use the frames I brought with me. I’m disappointed about that and will have to go elsewhere to have my new glasses made.
