All the companies i tried would only repair ones they had sold. Finally found Med X Change in St. Charles. I brought the scooter to them, they evaluated it and replaced the battery all in one visit within just 2 hours. I don't know if this is standard service them but Chris and his gang were welcoming, kind and explained everything to me. He also recommended a great coffee shop around the corner where I could wait. Besides repairs they also have a wide selection of all equipment for the handicapable. I will be recommending this company to any one in need.
