  I was a patient at Elm Dental Care for 20+ years. I was always satisfied with the services I received. I was always able to get in if I needed to and everyone was friendly and professional. However yesterday I was scheduled for an appointment. I had an emergency that landed me in the ER and was going to be unable to make it. I called as soon as they opened to let them know. In nearly 25 years I had only cancelled one other time on the same day. If I ever had to change an appointment I did it as soon as I could. Yesterday when I called I was told that the first time I cancelled the same day appt (which I was also in the hospital) the $25 cancellation fee was waived, but because this was the second time I would be charged for the same day cancellation. Now mind you it’s not the $25. It’s the fact that this was a true emergency. I am not one to just cancel for the sake of cancelling. In over 20 years I had only cancelled on the same day 2 times. There was no empathy, nothing. It was a flat this is our policy and you will be charged. I said fine. Send the bill. I’ll be finding a new dentist. Thank you.

  Thorough and patient dental care is something Elm Dental takes seriously. They’re a friendly office that I appreciate and trust with my care. I won’t go anywhere else.

  Elm Dental is always prompt to call you back at your scheduled time. Erica was an amazing. She walked me through every step with an explanation of how my teeth and gums were doing. And she suggested some preventative measures to protect my teeth in the future. .

  I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr Sutter recently took on my 86 YO mom who was very worried about her first appointment. She left feeling very confident that she was going to get the best care possible. The staff treated her with dignity and respect. They came up with an affordable plan for her partial repairs and her new improved smile. My mom's new favorite dentist is Elm Dental Group. Highly recommend.
