  I have been a patient for over 15 years. Dr Sutter recently took on my 86 YO mom who was very worried about her first appointment. She left feeling very confident that she was going to get the best care possible. The staff treated her with dignity and respect. They came up with an affordable plan for her partial repairs and her new improved smile. My mom's new favorite dentist is Elm Dental Group. Highly recommend.

  I felt really uncomfortable there. The people were rather cold, the office is too hot, and apparently many of the people have not been taught to communicate with civility or professionalism. Also the handicapped parking is behind the building, so why bother. I am going back to my old dentist who is much more professional even though my insurance does not pay as much there. Also, I don't like being told "I will hurt you" by an employee.

  This was my first visit at Elm Dental and I must say I really liked it. I was taken to the back within 2 minutes of arrival and the hygienist ( Lauren got right to work). Lauren and Dr. Michael came up with a very simple game plan for my oral health, made some suggestions and booked another appointment. All and all I can say this was a very positive experience.
