  My husband developed a sudden and severe toothache early in the week, and after struggling to find anyone who could see him quickly, Dr. Cooper’s office got him in immediately. With an extremely busy week ahead for our family, we were incredibly grateful for the fast response. Dr. Cooper was efficient, caring, and thorough. He took an X‑ray, identified an abscess and another problematic tooth, and started pain medication and antibiotics right away. Throughout the week, he checked in on my husband and even consulted with an oral surgeon to ensure the correct treatment plan. Everything was handled professionally, promptly, and with genuine thoughtfulness. Thanks to Dr. Cooper’s quick action and follow‑through, my husband was able to get the care he needed without delay. We highly recommend Dr. Cooper for anyone seeking compassionate and reliable dental care.

  I've been a patient at this practice for several years, but the overall quality of care and professionalism have significantly declined. Appointments now feel rushed—Dr. Cooper typically spends only a few seconds examining my mouth, offers no explanation, and often walks away without even acknowledging me. His demeanor is consistently rude and dismissive. My family members have had similar experiences, receiving curt or unhelpful responses when asking basic questions about dental concerns. The front office staff has also become increasingly unaccommodating and indifferent, making scheduling or addressing concerns unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, these issues have occurred repeatedly—not just on one bad day. Because of the consistent lack of care and respect, I’ve decided to switch to a more reputable dental practice in Cape Girardeau. I don’t take leaving a negative review lightly, but the ongoing pattern of poor treatment makes it necessary to share this feedback. I will never recommend anyone to come here. Go to the other office in Perryville or perhaps try any office in Cape.
