She explained everything that she was going to do, answered ALL our questions before the testing and after the testing she explained what our results showed. She was so very thorough and did not try to rush us or talk us into anything. My hearing was ok but my husband to had hearing aids previously from another company really needed them. He was never happy with his other hearing aides and they didn’t seem to care or try to rectify the problem there for he quit wearing them. He also said the testing Jennifer did was much more extensive. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are. His hearing aides are ordered and he said he is anxious to get them so he can hear again. Thank you Jennifer and Miracle Ear!
